          XLT604在交直流输入中的典型应用电路
          　　XLT604是采用BICMOS工艺设计的PWM高效LED驱动控制器，它在DC8～450V输入电压范围内均能有效地驱动高亮度LED。该芯片能以高达300kHz的固定频率驱动外部MOSFET，且其频率可由外部电阻编程决定。外部高亮度LED串可采用恒流方式控制，以保持恒定亮度并提高LED的可靠性；其恒流值可由外部取样电阻决定，电流变化范围为几毫安到1A。
          　　用XLT604驱动LED时可以通过外部控制电压来线性调节其亮度，亦可通过外部低频PWM方式调节LED串的亮度。
